Scope of work

Customer service
Prepare & send quotations or PI
Follow up and coordinate with operations and back-office on deliveries & services to ensure a high level of customer service
Order processing including orders received by the e-commerce
Create Invoice, DO
Creation of PL, COO
Customer service
Support business and products development tasks
Create & maintain logs and reports for sales and marketing
Update/upload products on the website

Qualification

2 years minimum experience in sales and service coordination within any of the related products/industries
Experience certificate/s related
Able to understand our products and services in a short period
Highly disciplined and organized to meet all requested works by the stakeholders with excellent results and performance
Must be: Fast self-learner, confident personality, detail-oriented, 100% physically fit
Fluent in English with a clear accent
Skilled and experienced in MS Word and Excel in preparing technical & commercial quotations, pricing, and cost calculations
Good online search skills
Very good in business communication
Minimum typing speed: 30WPM
You should be staying in an area where you have easy access to Business Bay and International City, or have your own car.

Qualifications as advantage+

Good overall awareness of mechatronics products
University/ Diploma degree (attested) preferably as an Engineer in Mechatronics, Instrumentation, Electronics or electro-mechanical related.
